They can be stored for up to 3-4 days
They are a little heavy and moist, which you can't really avoid with banana anything (if you are using real banana) but they sure tasted good.

Banana bread cupcakes
Ingredients
- 125g butter, at room temperature
- 125g caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 125g plain flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 2 small/medium bananas, mashed
Method
- Preheat oven to 160ÂșC. Line a cupcake tin with 12 cupcake cases.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs until mixture is smooth.
- Fold in flour, baking powder and then bananas.
- Divide between cases and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
